What to send
The endpoint you called, the tool, your channel id if you paid from a deposit, the transaction hash if money moved, the time in UTC, what you expected and what came back.
What you can do without us
When you pay over x402, your collateral is in the x402 escrow at 0x4020074e9dF2ce1deE5A9C1b5c3f541D02a10003, not with us. Stop signing and we cannot charge you again. For an x402 deposit, POST https://mcp.zeamprism.com/refund, or request a withdrawal on the contract and finalize it after the delay the terms state. When you pay by an MPP session, your deposit is in the session escrow the 402 answer names, a separate contract that has not been audited, not with us: close the session, or request a close on that contract and withdraw after its grace period. Our relay sends a close or a signed exit, and pays its gas when what the session spent covers it; when it does not, the gas is taken in USDC from what the MPP session returns, as with an x402 refund, and no ETH is needed. You can still send requestClose and withdraw yourself, and that is the only way out of a session that needs ETH on Base for gas. The terms say exactly what we may keep.
Security
Report an issue with the ZEAM :: Prism endpoint, its pricing, metering, lines or free tier to the same address; security.txt says so. Contract issues go upstream to x402.
